Across two days of discussions, meetings, and networking opportunities, one message emerged clearly: the cruise industry continues to evolve from focusing on design as a physical space to design as a complete guest experience. Conversations with cruise lines, design studios, and industry partners highlighted a growing emphasis on how passengers engage not only with the ship itself, but also with the destinations they visit. Visual storytelling, digital touchpoints, and immersive experiences are increasingly becoming essential elements of the modern cruise journey. Over the past year, Panomax Cruises & Yachts has continued strengthening its presence within the international cruise community through a growing number of industry events, partnerships, and live showcases. One of the highlights came during Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe 2025 in Hamburg , where Panomax took part in the returning Pitch and Pint competition, a fast-paced live session challenging suppliers to present their business in just one minute before a panel of respected industry experts. Representing Panomax, Daniel Silva, Head of Commercial Relations , delivered the winning pitch in front of a packed audience, standing out through a presentation that combined creativity, simplicity, and strong visual impact. The moment became especially memorable when Panomax unveiled a metres-long panoramic banner stretching across the audience , transforming the pitch into an immersive demonstration of the company’s visual storytelling approach. The recognition reflected not only the originality of the presentation itself, but also the growing interest around immersive visual technologies and how they can enhance the cruise guest journey, destination engagement, and onboard experience. Building on that momentum, Panomax will now continue its international presence at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas 2026 in Miami , one of the world’s leading exhibitions dedicated exclusively to the cruise interior design industry. Seatrade Cruise Global 2026 in Miami once again brought together the key players of the international cruise industry, creating the perfect setting for networking, innovation, and strategic discussions. Representing Panomax Cruises & Yachts were our CEO, Klaus Mairinger, Daniel Silva , Head of Commercial Relations, and Jason Gelineau , Brand Ambassador. Throughout the event, our team welcomed visitors at our stand in the Tech Zone, where we showcased how our high-resolution panoramic camera solutions enhance destination visibility, improve situational awareness, and create more immersive guest experiences. Beyond our stand presence, we had the pleasure of attending important industry events such as the Cruise Europe Reception, CLIA Business on the Bay, the Anglo-Eastern Cocktail Party, and the Porthole Party. Panomax Cruises & Yachts continues to expand its presence across Viking’s fleet with new camera installations that further strengthen a long-standing collaboration. In November 2025, a new 360º panoramic camera was installed onboard the Viking Sea , followed by another installation in February 2026 aboard the Viking Star . These vessels hold particular significance as two of the first ships introduced in Viking’s now extensive ocean fleet. With these latest additions, Panomax technology is now installed across nearly the entire Viking ocean fleet , a milestone that reflects both the scale of our deployment and the continued trust in our solutions. Our collaboration with Viking extends beyond ocean cruising. Panomax systems are also installed onboard the Viking Mississippi , bringing our technology into the river segment and demonstrating its adaptability across different operational environments.
